French transporter Aigle Azur Airlines Reservations has declared financial insolvency, yet will keep on working trips during a "time of perception".
The Paris Orly-based aircraft says it was set in receivership on 2 September, under a legal director, and that court liquidation procedures having been started.
Beforehand, on 27 August, the transporter had been put heavily influenced by a brief chairman in line with the transporter's leader, Frantz Yvelin. That came after what the organization portrays as a "absolutely appalling" circumstance in which a minority investor endeavored to assume responsibility for the business.
A few news sources have revealed that French finance manager Gerard Houa – who controls around 20% of Aigle Azur Contact France through Luxembourg-based substance Lu Azur – attempted to introduce himself at the aircraft's steerage.

In any case, the carrier's site noticed that the trips to Sao Paulo will be suspended after 27 September.
Cirium armadas information shows that Aigle Azur Airlines has seven CFM International CFM56-5B-controlled Airbus A320s, two A330-200s with Pratt and Whitney PW4168 motors, and a Boeing 737-400.
The 737 is subleased from Lithuanian ACMI administrator GetJet Airlines.
Aigle Azur's whole Airbus armada is rented – the two A330s are overseen by AerCap, while the A320s come from GECAS (three), Avolon (two), Aircastle (one) and Castlelake (one).
The A320s are matured somewhere in the range of six and 16 years.
